The upcoming season promises an unforgettable journey through powerful stories, soaring music, and vibrant community celebration. The stage comes alive with Giacomo Puccini’s Tosca, a gripping tale of love, political intrigue, and sacrifice set against the dramatic backdrop of Rome. The season continues with the enchanting holiday production A Christmas Spider by Clint Borzoni and John de los Santos, a heartwarming story filled with wonder and seasonal magic. It concludes with the intense and compelling The Tragedy of Carmen, a bold reimagining of Georges Bizet’s classic that explores obsession, freedom, and fate. Finally, the season closes with Oh! in Concert in May, a celebratory evening showcasing our talented artists and bringing the season to a vibrant, joyous finale. Together, these productions offer a dynamic season that celebrates storytelling, artistry, and the transformative power of opera at Opera in the Heights.
